As Vice President of Treasury for AdventHealth, I have oversight for managing our $3 billion debt portfolio, fostering relationships with banking partners, managing investor relations and leading the treasury operations and merchant services team. In this role, I also lead AdventHealth's strategic investment portfolio with a strong focus on actively engaging with our investment partners (private equity funds, venture capital funds and direct investments) and the broader healthcare investment community to extract strategic value and insights. Additionally, I closely collaborate with executives to share market research, best practices and emerging trends in healthcare innovation and strategy.

Specialized in providing senior debt financing solutions to the Bank’s non-profit healthcare clients throughout the Southeast United States while also leading a team of Portfolio Management Officers. Also provided senior debt financing solutions to CCRC's, K-12 and higher education institutions, social service and religious organizations. Responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts of senior debt products such as privately placed tax-exempt bonds, traditional bank loans, construction loans, letters of credit and equipment finance. Drove credit approval process of all risk based products, including derivative products such as interest rate swaps and total return swaps. Structured and presented terms and conditions of such facilities to clients. Additionally, negotiated all loan documentation and worked closely with external and internal legal counsel in loan closing process. Have considerable experience financing municipal bonds through conduit and direct issuers.Served as a member of the Southeast Healthcare & Institutions Leadership Team and held management responsibilities for a team of 10 Portfolio Management Officers throughout the Southeast United States. Worked closely with this team to provide leadership, education, and career guidance with a clear objective of elevating top talent and improving the skill set of emerging talent.Joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2005 as a Credit Products Officer and was promoted to a Senior Credit Products Officer in 2008, Senior Vice President in 2010 and in 2012 took on additional responsibilities as a Credit Products Team Lead. In 2013 was selected to participate in the Emerging Leaders Program and was a 2014 recipient of the Achievement of Performance Excellence Award.
