Jeff has spent over a decade in the capital markets on both the buy and sell side. In his current role as a Senior Research Analyst at A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners, he focuses on covering small-cap publicly traded companies within the broader energy industry. Jeff has covered a multitude of industries in buy and sell side research roles. He was previously a Director at Gateway Group, a financial communications firm, where he lead investor relations campaigns for numerous companies, assisting in broadening investor bases, capital markets introductions and corporate messaging. He was the primary generalist analyst at a family office for a public equities investment fund and prior to that, spent over nine years at Northland Securities and C. K. Cooper and Company as a sell-side research analyst covering multiple sectors, predominately in the broader energy complex.He has extensive experience conducting both bottoms-up and top-down research along with portfolio management techniques. Jeff also has a strong ability to tie corporate strategy and management capabilities with quantifiable fundamentals to reach an investment decision. He is a CFA® Charterholder and has been featured in several publications including Oil and Gas Investor, The Energy Report, Houston Chronicle and Investor's Business Daily. He received both his undergraduate and graduate degree from Chapman University.He also previously served as a Committee Member on the Investment and Audit Committee for the City of Orange, California.
