Mapped ChIP-seq and RNA-seq data to reference genomes with bwa and visualized in IGV and MochiView. Analyzed RNA polymerase and sigma factors binding across the whole genome in E. coli by ChIP-chip, ChIP-seq and ChIP-exo. Mapped data for genome resquencing experiments to reference genomes and de-novo with SeqManNGen. Generated corrected reference genomes based on the results for Zymomonas mobilis and E. coli.
