Provide oversight and supervision for the housing and supportive services for homeless individuals with disabilities/mental illness. Provide oversight and supervision for the Emploment Services programming for homeless individuals and TANF participants. Lead the organization's Quality Improvement Department which includes collecting and analyzing data for outcomes, performance, reporting and program development. Actively engage the IT Department staff and agency staff to ensure that data collection systems are effective and efficient. Collaboratively engage agency staff including CFO to ensure billing is timely and accurate. Establish and maintain positive working relationsips with internal and external partners to ensure the needs of the consumers are met.

Written numerous successful grants and proposals to diverse funders. Developed and implemented programming for youth involved with the justice system while engaging system stakeholders in change and reform. Participated including leading various stakeholders groups on multiple levels including local, state and national. Have had opportunities to actively participate in the fundraising efforts of the organization including campaigns and individual donors.

Provided clinical supervision for staff that worked with runaway and homeless youth. Actively participated in program development and implementation while advocating for the needs of youth and families.

Assisted homeless youth with housing, employment, educational and other needs in order to help them become self sufficient.
