Provide oversight and supervision for the housing and supportive services for homeless individuals with disabilities/mental illness. Provide oversight and supervision for the Emploment Services programming for homeless individuals and TANF participants. Lead the organization's Quality Improvement Department which includes collecting and analyzing data for outcomes, performance, reporting and program development. Actively engage the IT Department staff and agency staff to ensure that data collection systems are effective and efficient. Collaboratively engage agency staff including CFO to ensure billing is timely and accurate.
