Worked with industrial manufacturers throughout the Midwest to automate the communication of their equipment information to end users. This involved instruction/safety decal outsourcing, along with a SaaS platform to instantly deliver critical user information via mobile app.

Helped leaders measure, diagnose, and solve employee engagement challenges through the delivery of the Emplify software platform. This approach uncovered employee insights that weren't visible previously, allowing organizations to see obstacles limiting employee productivity and retention. Potential clients were approached both directly and through partner referrals.

Helped organizations nationwide automate their recruiting, applicant tracking and onboarding functions through our SaaS-based applications. Our platforms allowed clients to go paperless, leading to greater efficiency and significant ROI for our services. Led all sales/business development efforts, in addition to handling ongoing strategic planning and operations for the company. Client acquisitions were made both directly and via reseller partners.

Provided long-term care insurance solutions to business owners & affluent individuals throughout central Indiana. Established channel distribution partners (insurance agents, financial planners, CPA's, wealth managers) for most opportunities. Grew revenue from $0 to over $2 million annually in under 5 years of operations. Merged with large, regional P&C/Benefits broker late fall of 2005.

Opened Indianapolis market for company and oversaw all sales/marketing efforts of PEO solutions to SMB owners throughout the Midwest, including personal production. Established sales team and grew revenues over 150% through both direct and indirect sales activities.

Initial focus was on sales of outsourced payroll and HCM applications to SMB target market in central Indiana. Promoted to Major/National Account Sales for central Indiana / central Illinois markets and received multiple awards for DM of the Month and MADM of the Month on both divisional and national levels. Finished career as Sales Manager over central Indiana & central Illinois territories. Qualified for President's Club 4 times during career at ADP, and met or exceeded quota all 7 years on plan.
