Customer Success Manager / Project Manager Responsible for most post sale aspects of the customer experience from on-boarding to post installation support. My projects would range from single units to multi-million dollar school projects to complex specialized jobs utilizing multiple contractors and vendors from all over the world. • Completed projects for various customers in fields such as Retail, Government (Federal, State, and Local), Agriculture, Cannabis, Viticulture, Brewing, Commercial Real Estate, and many others. Most of my project have been in California but have quite a few projects completed outside of California as well.• Developed multiple relationships with outside vendors that have led to decreased costs and lead times.• Instituted policy and procedures in relation to projects that streamline our projects and define expectations for stakeholders.• Salesforce Administrator for our team. I have customized it so it serves not only as a CRM tool but also as a project management and data storage tool. Created and implemented training program for it as well.• I also act as a researcher for that office looking for new opportunities (utilizing online search tools such as Builders Exchange). • Worked extensively with the Redwood Empire ASHRAE Chapter. • Recruited, hired, and trained new employees for my team. Provided continuous coaching, guidance, and mentorship for them as well.

California Code Compliance, Inc. (CCC) helps manufacturers and manufacturing operations manage risk and reduce liability with strategic inspection and compliance programs that ensure their electronic and heavy machinery complies with global safety and manufacturing standards. My duties there range from technical writing to tool inspection. In addition to that I have written many of the procedures and templates that are used there on a day to day basis. In the course of a project I would interface with customers in all levels from quotation to project completion.• Worked on projects ranging in size from a single piece of equipment to entire buildings• Helped multiple customers though out the world on making sure that their equipment met local codes and would be safe and legal to operate in the jurisdictions that they were being installed in.• Reported to local inspectors in various jurisdictions on the functionality and safety of equipment.• Evaluated Equipment for customers selling equipment to the EU so that it would meet CE Standards• Audited Equipment to meet SEMI Standards.

Took assignments varying from Consulting to research to technical writing. In all of the work that I took at this time I had to market and sell myself to my various clients. Some of the things that I did included: • Writing 3rd party Electrical Evaluations, CE Reports and Semi S2’s as well as creating templates for these reports as well.• Representative for a legal firm on the East Coast doing local Real Estate and Title Research in Northern California. • Consulted with a few shop owners on rotating old inventory so that they had capitol to purchase newer inventory with a higher mark up and a faster turn over. I also coordinated with the trade shows that they exhibited at to insure that they got the prime locations and maximizing exposure.

Syncro Vac Inc. manufactured and marketed gas lines, boxes, panels, and gas distribution systems. The company catered to semiconductor, aerospace, pharmaceutical, diary, and petrochemical industry.While at Syncro Vac I was responsible for managing all aspects of Gas panel manufacturing purchased by key customer Emcore. Typically I had 2-3 large gas panels in production at any given time. As the project manager I was responsible for everything on this project from the initial conception to arranging to delivery to their factory in New Jersey.• During my time at Syncro Vac I shipped 2.5 million dollars’ worth of Gas Panels (25@ approx. $100,000).. Prior to me starting at this position, deliveries where typically running 4-6 weeks late. When I left, they were on schedule. • Throughout the course on my time there I was able to increase our sales to Emcore by 20% and our profit margin by 18%

Responsible for key account management and outside sales. Was a manufacturers representative for many companies that sold product to and serviced the high tech industries on Northern California.

Started at Busch knowing nothing about the vacuum pump industry and worked my way through the company starting in the pump rebuilding side of the company working my way to field service and installation and then to Sales.
