AurizonThe Shopfloor 2 project was focused on delivering multiple enhancements to the Aurizon rollingstock work management process. I played a key role in delivering the excellence in planning stream training and continued past the completion date on a continuous improvement project to deliver value-adding enhancement activity that was uncovered during the rollout.The main deliverable of the training was the familiarisation and one on one coaching for maintenance and warehouse personnel in the SAP environment. Serialisation, split valuation and task lists were the primary areas of training and coaching.Additional continuous improvement activities were conducted, my responsibility was to rationalise and document the warranty, internal refurbishment and initiate the simplification of the internal warehouse procedures.
