• Directional Drill Rig operator. Responsible for the operation of a Vermeer 1620 directional drill rig. This machinery was tasked with pulling conduit thru a pre-drilled hole without the need for a trench. • Drill location and tracking. Experienced in the use of tracking equipment used to locate the drill path. This equipment followed a magnetic sensor built into the drill bit and would give a reading on pitch, yaw, and depth of the drill bit. This was a very important procedure to ensure that no underground lines were damaged during the drilling process and to ensure that our drill would exit at the exact location required for the job. • Assisted in job site set up and safety. This includes knowledge of OSHA construction site regulations as well as company regulations for safety. • Strong work experience in construction site safety and practices.
