My motivation as Business Development Manager is to help brokers grow their business with Red River Mutual, whether that be through broker training, through new business initiatives, or through occasionally needed mediation and support.I spent much of my 20+ year career in insurance focused on commercial underwriting before moving into Business Development at another Manitoba insurance company. I later made the move to Red River Mutual, becoming the Broker Relations Manager in 2015. Since that time, Red River Mutual has placed a strong emphasis on technology advancement where I ease the transition for Red River Mutual’s broker partners to a modern — yet familial — way of doing business.At Red River Mutual, I am proud to lead a team of Business Development Specialists and Account Managers who work tirelessly to support a network of dedicated brokers across Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
