Marketed, sold, managed and delivered entrepreneurship training and economic development services to selected cities and private companies in Northern California. The focus of our programs are on cooperative, collaborative and constructivist business development. We emphasize the development of multiple intelligences in the classroom, and believe strongly in the power of co-creation in the innovation process of business development.

Lead, develop and manage the delivery of SBDC small business consulting and training services to over 800 existing and start-up clients per year. Maintain adherence to all SBA and SBDC policies and procedures. Collaborate and cooperate with our host organization the WDB of Contra Costa County, local organizations, cities, and elected officials to leverage our educational and consulting services for maximum impact on small business development and job creation.

Taught courses in the business school on entrepreneurship and leadership.

Controlled operations, sales and marketing in European and Asian markets for two global brands and one private label division of a Fortune 400 Company. Profit and loss responsibility including, annual budget, sales forecasting, production planning, pricing, and competitive intelligence. Duties included the recruitment of new international agents, distributors and strategic partners. Expanded foreign licensing programs generating significant royalties for S&W. Negotiated major contracts for both domestic and overseas production with external supply chain partners. Extensive communication experience in the U.S and abroad at CEO/Director level. Managed export marketing subsidy grants for both State of California and Federal Agricultural Export Programs.
