Provided consulting for a small medical equipment provider looking to open several warehouses in the state of Florida and needed immediate help with setting up operations. Responsibilities included:Starting from scratch setting up all warehouse racking systems, walkways, computers, and desks.Selected the operational software and implemented.Hired all warehouse staff.Created all Safety Documents including IIPP, HAZCOM, and Code of Safe Practices.Set up warehouse for the best productivity.Ensured all of the Florida OSHA requirements were up to code.Created a training program.

Responsible for the day to day operation of the largest facility in Storage Mobility's portfolio with over 74,000 square feet of warehouse and office areas.I have made positive changes in the overall business operations at this facility and I have personally changed this to one of the top performing money making facilities.
