Serve as chief executive responsible for improving retention, graduation rates and increasing enrollment for New Jersey’s second public comprehensive research university that serves over 19,800 students across five campuses and is only the second institution in the nation to have both a D.O. and M.D.-granting medical schools. Major Accomplishments: Rowan is ranked 4th in the nation in student growth Student SAT Scores have increased by 80 pointsCurrently oversee the following offices: Admissions, Financial Aid, Retention, Advising Center, Tutoring Center, Testing Center, Student Wellness Center, Housing, Web Services, Student On-boarding, Orientation, Student Center, Academic Transition, Greek Life.

Served as assistant chief executive officer for outreach of a vibrant, comprehensive public university firmly committed to a triple mission of traditional education, professional education and service to the community, with the success of students as its highest priority.

Provided intellectual and administrative leadership to faculty, administration and students to achieve academic quality that supported the strategic mission of the university and its investors. Managed four campuses with 10 academic and administrative departments, a staff of 65 full-time employees and approximately 450 adjunct faculty.

Developed and oversaw admission, marketing, operations and administration of several programs. Also taught undergraduate and graduate courses in IT. Championed infrastructure and program development initiatives and expanded delivery methods to include accelerated, on-line, weekend, and blended programs. Turned around at-risk programs and processes through innovation and automation.
