As an analyst at the Habegger Corporation, I am involved in inventory reporting and analysis, parts and pricing maintenance, purchase order management and control, and I act as our primary factory communication point.My main goal is to keep our inventory levels balanced and in check across our 50+ branches by communicating with our regional operations and inventory managers along with our factory CSRs to implement proper changes and processes where needed. Being a seasonal company (HVAC), it is crucial that we maintain the proper levels of product as we enter peak season as well as the slow months. Regular reporting and data manipulation, forecasting, purchasing adjustments, and transferring of product between regions are all key tools used to help achieve this balance.
