Directed a three person sales team with a $13M target for trace contraband detection equipment for non-aviation federal, military, law enforcement, and commercial customers in North America. Key accounts included USAF, Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, Carnival Corporation, Marriott International, and 100% of the nuclear power security market.• Developed strategy to overcome declining market share and aging products to exceed revenue targets for FY13-16 by an average of 15% annually.

In charge of Account Management and New Business Development in North America for trace detection systems in the Infrastructure Protection and Field Operations division. Accounts included: USN, USAF, USCG, and DHS.

Dealt in ambiguity and created clarity for colleagues and management. Day-to-day operation entailed directing and prioritizing resources across projects and validating the weapon safety footprints required for the U.S. Navy to conduct air to surface weapons delivery training with minimal environmental impact.
