I am deeply committed to helping organizations build the capacity and infrastructure they need to thrive, and I enjoy leveraging my expertise in service of meaningful missions.In addition to my consulting work, I have also held a number of senior leadership positions in the nonprofit sector, including serving as a Director in the Compton Unified School District, and in a variety of roles at the Junior Statesmen Foundation (JSF), culminating in my tenure as CEO. At JSF, I helped to grow the organization's programs, raise substantial funds, and deepen its impact.I am deeply committed to the value of diverse perspectives and inclusive, collaborative approaches to leadership, and I believe that the best results are achieved when all voices are heard and valued.
