Job Responsibilities:1) Manage RFQ process, validate and secure best pricing, negotiate costs;2) Manage supplier relationships, track supplier performance and drive improvement plans in collaboration with other stakeholders;3) Develop and drive supply platform to support new project development and replenishment;4) Execute sourcing process, develop sourcing network/database to support new project development with target cost;5) Groom, evaluate, redevelop the supply platform constantly to maintain the best supply platform mix;6) Perform ongoing cost analysis of components & manufacturing processes used by suppliers , ensure highest quality at lowest possible cost;7) Support effective Supply Chain process and supplier management.

Job Responsibilities:1) New product Management   Sourcing/Strategy-Engage with Commodity team to achieve best BOM for NPI programs. -Participate actively in the new programs development cycle to review, reduce and update product cost, NRE cost and capital investment. Drive Cost Avoidance and savings -Review and minimize material availability risk to support each milestone builds. -Review supplier capacity to meet product both ramp up and peak demand. 2) Contracted Manufacturer Strategy Management -Support sustaining products activities from cost, delivery perspectives. Support supply chain improvement initiatives or tasks. Support supply risk mitigation initiatives and   relationship escalations.
