Accountable for all marketing activity for the Chamber. The focus was on B2B acquisition and retention of members across all channels.

Was accountable (with other Board Members) for the overall strategic direction and governance of the Corporation.

I was the Executive Director responsible for the day-to-day running of the WA office and interfacing into the National office. The key achievement was the successful 2014 Commonwealth Games fundraising event that had in excess of 700 attendees and a significant amount of money was raised to help send Australian athletes to the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.

I was seconded from WA to lead a national change management team of external consultants and employees working on the deployment of a national new point of sale system for Australia Post.The existing team was destabilised and not achieving key milestones, putting the project at risk. With the support of a core team we were able to re-engage the business stakeholders and restructure the change management team and resources that enabled the change management function to get back on track.As this was a multi-year project I assisted with the appointment of a permanent change management lead to complete the project.

The scope of this role was to develop and manage the state strategic and operational plans. This was the first time this function had been separated out into a stand-alone branch with the objective to bring a focus to new revenue growth and cost reduction in difficult economic circumstances. This was a national test case to determine the viability of bringing focus to the function to accelerate outcomes.Within 12 months the team developed a web-based innovation portal accessible to all 1,200+ staff across the state to contribute new ideas to revenue growth and cost reduction. During this time the team developed in excess of $0.5m in new revenue streams and $0.4m in real cost reductions.

Total responsibility for all Commercial Division operations across the state of Western Australia, including the functional areas of Sales, Marketing and Retail. Provided leadership and direction for Commercial WA through the strategy, business planning and budgeting process for the Division. Represented Australia Post in the media and with large commercial customers, including Federal, State and Local Governments.

As State Retail Manager I was accountable for all Retail operations across the 90 Corporate PostShops, 300 Licensed Post Offices, 2 Franchise PostShops, Retail Logistics Centre, Retail Governance Branch and the WA Customer Call Centre. This included the operational accountable for over 1,000 employees and $350m in revenue.The department developed and delivered the strategic and operational plans (including the capital investment plan) designed to achieve targets across the breadth of the balanced scorecard. retail WA regularly achieved national best practice in financial, staff and customer satisfaction results.

Total responsibility for all marketing budgets and functions across the state in support of national programs as well as stand-alone state initiatives.

At the time Cartwright Williams was Australia's largest direct marketing agency. This role was responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile accounts including Microsoft, Audi, Nickelodeon, Colonial State Bank and SAP.

Managed a number of accounts with a particular focus on direct and data based marketing. This included working with brands such as SGIO Insurance, AlintaGas, Lottery West and Bunnings.
