• Administer job seeking and training services through the Trade Globalization Assistance Act (TGAAA) and Workforce Investment Act (WIA) to qualified individuals in accordance to respective policies and procedures• Provide developmental and career counseling to program eligible participants in a case management approach.• Coach, mentor, and support students through the process of making career decisions • Train and mentor new employees on TGAAA /WIA policies and DWP operating procedures• Gather program-wide data from multiple sources and generate statistical reports for program planning, reporting, and presentations• Train staff in performance measure policy and strategies to successfully manage the performance measures• Develop and implement performance management strategies to attain state goals to secure future funding and incentive awards
