My passion is to help organizations become more effective in achieving their mission through enhancing both the organization’s functioning and the employees’ engagement and wellbeing. My belief is that sustainably high performing organizations are created by designing structures, cultures, processes, and jobs that are focused on the strategy in a way that also enables people to thrive. Over the course of my career I have been fortunate to have opportunity to contribute to this in multiple ways, through analytics, organizational development and change management, people partnering, and talent management and development. I have also been fortunate to work with and learn from some truly incredible people.An organization and its talent systems are complex and dynamic, which must continually develop and align to achieve optimal organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. I have focused my career around this objective and I am always looking forward to what more I can learn and do in service to this mission.
