My journey began in 1997, immersing myself in all aspects of manufacturing, specifically focused on CNC machining.Professional Evolution:Starting as a CNC operator, I seized any opportunity to learn the ins and outs of operating and programming CNC machines. I transitioned into management, while further refining these skills. In 2006, I embraced a new challenge as a 3D CAD designer, completing 23 certificate courses in 3D CAD design, CAM programming, and various manufacturing skills.Business Venture:In 2008, I joined forces with my father, assuming the role of Senior Vice President. Steering operations, working to cultivate a successful team, navigating challenges, and learning valuable lessons, firmly believing that progress stems from taking calculated risks.Decade of Innovation:In 2013, I co-founded Engenuity, dedicated to providing innovative solutions for pressure testing in the O&G industry. Over the past decade, we've developed an amazing team and a suite of technologies, securing close to 20 patents. Our proprietary software, along with technologies like EZ Chart, EZ Valve, and EZ Vision, have delivered effective and efficient solutions in the pressure testing industry. In 2020, Engenuity expanded operations, becoming an OPTO 22 integrator and serving a diverse range of industries. It's been an incredible honor navigating new paths, collaborating with a great team, and serving wonderful clients. Beyond Business:Personally, my focus outside of the business realm is on family. Life is too short, and every moment with family is invaluable. We actively participate in church, where my wife and I teach Kindergartener Sunday school and engage in various community service activities.On the Fast Track:Beyond family and work, you'll find me on the track or at various motorsport functions. I have great appreciation for the engineering that goes into producing these phenomenal machines and the teamwork it takes to make it happen. .
