Responsible for the design and development of training materials to be developed into micro learning courses using EdApp software and hosting services.

- Managed the Alternative Textbook Grant program, including grant application, marketing, platform integration, and related logistics.- Advocated for OER by engaging in events, conferences, and social media.- Promoted the use of OER across stakeholders (faculty/instructors, students, andadministrators) in a diplomatic manner with sensitivity to diverse perspectives.- Supervised the student OER position.- Advocated for the benefits of open licensing.- Identified academic subjects that were ideal candidates for the adoption and developmentof OER.- Collected data in support of program assessment and external reporting.- Collaborated with other librarians to coordinate selection of digital content and services inrelation to OER initiatives.- Participated on the campus wide OER Steering Committee.

Worked in various roles—including project manager, instructional designer, media developer, implementation specialist and course evaluator—in the design and production of instructional materials and online courses utilizing (among other things) script-writing and story-boarding processes, video and photography production, audio production, graphic design, assessment creation, flash animations, and web resources.
