Oversee the design process from initial concept through to production hand-off, encompassing engineering analysis, simulations, part and tooling design, testing, prototype development, component and fixture qualification, safety certification, and production integration.Create and review engineering drawings to ensure all relevant details for manufacturing and assembly are accurately conveyed.Offer technical expertise in various fabrication methods, including extrusions, aluminum die casting, plastic injection molding, sheet metal, DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly), tooling, and prototyping.

Design and development of components in support of client solutions in plastics, machined components, sheet metal fabrication and others.Create assembly work instructions, test procedures and reports.

Utilize engineering competence to develop new business and new application. Propose and implement development plan base on the trend of CAE technology and market demand.Lead CAE team members or technical colleagues for projects.
