Portfolio of responsibilities includes Treasury, Partner Financial Services, Risk Management and Purchasing for Kirkland & Ellis LLP, a law firm with 1,400 attorneys and offices located in the U.S., Europe and Asia.October 2014 to April 2015 - Served as the interim Senior Director of Administration, International Offices.

Served as the interim Senior Director of Administration, International Offices, with responsibility for all administrative functions, including Human Resources, Facilities, Finance, Attorney Recruiting and business Development.

Responsibilities included restructuring the firm's internal and external credit arrangements, managing cash management and investment activities, maintaining bank relationships and serving on the Investment Committee for the firm's defined contribution and defined benefit retirement plans. Restructured/re-sized the Treasury operations and participated in one of the largest and most successful business wind-downs in the U.S.

Responsible for global financial risk management (i.e., exchange rate and interest rate risk) for Arthur Andersen, an $11 billion professional services firm with offices throughout N. America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Also held responsibility for coordinating the treasury activities of Arthur Andersen's offices throughout Latin America.

Held a variety of credit-related positions, including Credit Officer for the bank's leasing group. Last position was managing a staff of 15 in the bank's Contracts and Procurement Group.
