During this period, I managed an organization of 28 staff responsible for the pan-regional strategy, business development, site development, non-merchandise procurement, contact center operations, and administrative and retail facilities. Senior Vice President – Asia-Pacific Supply Chain & Global TransportationRalph Lauren 2013 - 2016New York, UsIn this role, I was charged with transforming Ralph Lauren’s factory-to-consumer logistics operations for more than 800 retail locations (in China, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia), and the company’s global transportation network operating between the manufacturing plants and distribution centers. My organization and I created, influenced, and deployed supply chain roadmaps; led multimodal third party logistics (3PL) vendor evaluation, selection, and performance management; and developed and deployed best practices across the logistics lifecycle. Key achievements:►Achieving efficiencies across the supply chains.
