My role combines strategic leadership with direct client engagement.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership and Vision: -Define and promote the organization's mission in alignment with Utopian Help's public benefit goals. -Establish strategic objectives to drive growth and sustainability for both the organization and clients.Operational Management and Service Delivery: -Oversee daily operations, ensuring effective delivery of services such as back office, HR, marketing, and technology. -Continuously assess client needs to refine processes and maintain high service quality.Financial Oversight: -Manage financial health through budgeting and profitability of consulting services. -Provide financial insights to clients for optimizing their financial management practices.Client Relationship Management: -Build strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary contact for key accounts. -Engage directly with clients to identify challenges and deliver tailored consulting solutions.Consultative Selling and Business Development: -Lead consultative sales efforts, aligning client needs with Utopian Help’s services. -Attract new clients and enhance existing accounts through proactive support.Team Leadership and Development: -Inspire a diverse team, fostering a collaborative culture focused on professional development and client satisfaction. -Implement training programs to enhance consulting team capabilities.Risk Management and Compliance: -Evaluate organizational and client-related risks, developing strategies to mitigate them. -Ensure compliance with relevant regulations within consulting engagements.Holistic Consulting Approach: -Deliver comprehensive consulting services across the business lifecycle, from startups to shutdowns. -Emphasize sustainable and ethical practices to create positive societal impacts.
