Provide 24/7/365 emergent customer support for Nuclear Power Plants in the US, Europe, and Japan. This included leading a team in diagnosis/troubleshooting, determining a solution, and providing closure/documentation to support successful operation the of GE Nuclear Plant Fleet.

Jeff’s desire to create and perform these seminars were birthed in his study and review of the space shuttle Challenger Accident. From there as his excitement and curiosity soared, he was inspired to research other engineering accidents and heighten his own personal awareness. Jeff now looks to introduce these HU errors to others via various presentations he has created from intense research over the past 10 years. Jeff looks to create an uneasiness in his audiences as engineers and technicians (and leaders/executives) are in danger of becoming comfortable with the unforgiving technologies that we work with in a competitive commercial environment. Became qualified in the operation of Naval Nuclear Power Plants and provided advanced technical training to sailors prior to being deployed to an Aircraft Carrier or Submarine. Led large teams in power plant operations and managed technical training programs. An excellent instructor in both technical and employee development topics.
