One of the most rewarding experiences I've had, was centered around a $200MM soluble coffee plant in Augusta Georgia. I was responsible for developing a team to put together a green field project from the ground up. The team that was constructed was one of the best I have worked with in my career. We started with site selection, traveled around the US finding the best site, assembled and developed the engineering team to create a state of the art design, procured all the equipment across the world and led the construction teams on site to construct this design; all with wearing numerous hats. As the we moved through final construction and start up the team really came together, I was proud of the teams accomplishments with the project. This project was the most rewarding 5 years of my life and I cannot say enough thanks to the hundreds of team members all who were part of the project. What a great experience! I thrive at building manufacturing plants, streamline operations and leading teams through success!
