Also supported a large number and wide variety of miscellaneous requests for other projects.

• One of the lead analysts on the Order Entry team for a billing system called MEGA. Responsible for the analysis, design and implementation of a variety of projects. • Created analysis / design documents and coordinated activities for up to 8 programmers.• Answered requirement and technical questions, established deadlines for coding completion and carefully reviewed the source code and test data of every completed program. • Represented our team in several assessments (high level meetings to establish a project) and JADs (multi-day cross-platform meetings to refine requirements and design). • Originally hired as a contractor, became a permanent employee 3 months later as a Programmer/Analyst II, then promoted to a Programmer Analyst III and again promoted to a Systems Analyst. • Recipient of Peak Performer awards in 1994 and 1996.
