- Led the Portfolio and Reserves team, successfully implementing a series of initiatives to bring consistency, transparency, and efficiency to entire company portfolio from exploration prospects through to mature producing assets, facilitating informed and effective decision making at the executive level.- Responsible for the yearly reserves reporting, yearly RBL redetermination, ongoing assessment of the portfolio opportunities through effective cross-functional and local to corporate collaboration, as well as providing input to investment and strategic decisions.- Core deal team member responsible for subsurface aspects of the Neptune Energy sale to Eni for $4.9B.

- Led integrated professional teams completing reserve evaluations, supporting M&A opportunities, and conducting field optimization studies for clients including E&P companies, banks and investment institutions – covering assets across North America, South America and South East Asia.
