I can do just about anything but realize that I have plenty of room for growth. I take my strong work ethic and hunger for knowledge into every job whether that be job prep, painting, assembly, labor or running around putting together quotes for jobs. I'm passionate about this type of work and take a lot of pride in a job well done.

Summit Health and Fitness is a personal training studio in Warwick Rhode Island with a focus on 3 dimensions of health and wellness (Physical, emotional, and social). Our primary focus is on physical health and well being, this means that we focus on weight management, injury prevention, strength training, cardiovascular endurance, balance and coordination. At Summit Health and Fitness we place value in developing confidence and provide a comfortable culture that fosters motivation to reach goals as a team because its always easier to experience success when you have a solid system of support.
