Provide constructive feedbacks to internal and cross-functional team members as part of corporate performance management plan. • Set clear expectations for individual performance, provide recognition to embrace winning team culture and create performance improvement plans to address performance issue when needed. • Provide technical support and build collaborative partnership with multiple functional areas within global R&D, global/regional marketing, manufacturing, procurement, engineering and quality teams to deliver success, unlock resource constrains and overcome technical hurdles. • Partner with regulatory affair and corporate legal team, to expedite new product registration, coordinate action plan and communication for legal or regulatory challenges; and facilitate product safety, health and environmental reviews. • Request, review and manage functional budget and headcounts to ensure sufficient resources are available to deliver functional and business objectives.
