I am a strong leader, people manager, decision maker, data and insight expert and business driver. I believe building strong experiences for employees, clients and vendors is a key to success in any role.I have a very diverse and successful career history starting in hospitality management, which eventually led me to begin my journey with RBC. Since joining RBC, I have held a variety of progressive roles across Learning and HR.Through my career I have gained valuable experience in the development, communication and execution of large scale global programs, specifically focused on large scale change. Whether coordinating a compliance program launch across 52 countries or developing a sales incentives program, I have continually demonstrated a focus on the end user experiences and communicating the impacts and chnage. I have experiencing in understanding our audiences and building and driving employee focused, innovative and modern strategies and programs.I have experience working with large, global RFP's focused on the selection of new and modern technology to help enable and enhance data-driven decision making. I am comfortable working with new partners and helping to identify all needs across our business and develop the right fit solution. I feel my strong management background has provided me with a solid foundation of tools and techniques to foster and grow with a team of successful and driven colleagues.
