37 years experience managing the design and construction of projects as a project engineer and facility manager. Currently managing construction for the Iraqi Air Force. Managed multi million dollar projects since joining the Federal Government after retiring from the City of Cincinnati. I supervised a division for the City of Cincinnati with staff of over 100 including design profesionals, managers, skilled craftsmen, maintenance staff and administrators. I managed the design and construction of projects ranging from drainage corrections to the multi-million dollar renovation of the riverfront for the 1995 Tallstacks festival and diverse as historical building renovations to hangers for the US army and emergency notification system for the M1 tank plant with over 1milion sq ft of manufacturing floor space. I have successfully work with stakeholder groups from city neighborhoods, all levels of the US and foreign governments and the business community.
