Implemented detailed tracking mechanisms to monitor final tasks in the Medi-Cal implementation. Upon “go-live” acted as Systems Manager operationalizing technical procedures and stabilizing technical organization.Assigned to lead the Idaho Go-to-Green effort upon deployment of a new Provider Enrollment Application. Led the effort to stabilize the application and deploy corrections and enhancements to improve both the end-user and Provider experiences. Provided oversight to the Provider Enrollment activities to reduced inventory of requests that had grown during the post-implementation timeframe. Key contact to the customer on the Go-to-Green effort as well as all aspects of the Provider Enrollment area.

Program ManagerProvide PMO and IT project leadership for revenue generating projects on the New Hampshire MMIS account. In this role I am responsible for the team providing project management oversight and IT delivery leadership for medium to very large sized projects. I am also responsible for developing new business opportunities that recently resulted in the development and acceptance of a $2.5mm contract amendment adding another 8 projects to the team’s portfolio.Technical Systems Director Provide application development and maintenance leadership and management for the Conduent product supporting the State of Alaska’s Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS). Implemented release scheduling and management procedures, revised workflow processes and integrated a new development vendor into the staff. Instrumental in the interpretation and implementation of contractual modifications as well as assisted in the development of new contract amendments.

Provide consultation on IT impacts to Federal and State healthcare changes. Performed evaluation of new Medicaid Management Information Systems compliancy to MITA 2.0 standards. Additionally, performed review of IT solution documents to ensure solutions adhere to state and federal regulations.

Provided leadership and management of TennCare (Tennessee Medicaid) account. Provided overall IT leadership and direction for over 200 developers, business analysts, testers, system administrators, DBA’s, architects (including DevOps, solution, infrastructure, and business intelligence architects), as well as a team of first and second line managers. Managed annual expense budget in excess of $18MM. Lead architect responsible for the development of a technical solution that resulted in contract extensions of $250MM and $170MM. Served as Back Up to the Account Executive. EDS was acquired by Hewlett Packard in 2008.
