I served as communications assistant with the Rochester Rhinos of USL PRO and the Rochester Rattlers of Major League Lacrosse. Tasks included writing press releases, composing match reports, communicating with media and integrating social media.

As Director of Communications I handled all team media operations. Those included match previews and reports, feature stories and media relations. Both years with the team (2009 and 2010) I won the W-League Communications Award, handed out to the team with the best public relations and communicaitons.
