Managed multiple feature enhancing upgrades for the AVG Business CloudCare Platform. These enhancements helped better the overall client experience as well as help increase sales staff ability to increase sales.Managed development, testing, and release of AVG CloudCare Maintenance releases and Hotfixes that improved the customer experience and enhanced the usability of the AVG CloudCare product.Implemented a maintenance Triage Team that evaluated customer reported bugs, prioritized each bug, and assigned them to maintenance and hotfix releases to be worked and released into production. By utilizing the Traige Team we were able to better prioritize work based on client needs and increase client satisfaction.Managed daily development tasks through Atlassian’s JIRA and collaborated with all teams using Atlassian’s Confluence.Conducted team and status update meetings with technical and business members in multiple European nations as well as Australia, Canada, and multiple cities in the United States. Meetings were conducted utilizing Go to Meeting and other teleconference tools.

Designed a next generation SCADA Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) that reduced the amount of time SCADA team members spent troubleshooting problems in the field.Through standardizing on Allen Bradley equipment the time taken to build and deliver a RTU reduced from 1 month to 2 days.Designed a wireless IP Private network through Sprint wireless that proveded an IP connection to remote field sites that was connected to Okaloosa County fiber optic network.Managed the implementation and configuration of a new Wonderware Intouch HMI application to support the new Allen Bradley SCADA Network. Standardized on Endress Hauser instrumentation which reduced the amount of overtime call outs due to faulty equipment. Total cost of replacement equipment was reduced by 75%.

Provided Project Management for the upgrading of 5 legacy Oracle 8i databases to Oracle 10g. Team evaluated all environments and determined the best path to migrate. As part of this upgrade JEA elected to implement ASM to better manage the database environments.Provided Project Management support to upgrade $1.5 million worth of network/server equipment. The JEA server environment had outdated and out of support equipment which created outage risks. The team reviewed all applications and identified those candidates that could leverage the virtual server environment and those that required physical server equipment. Project reduced JEA server count and overhead.Provided Project Management support for JEA’s Oracle R12 Implementation consisting of the Financial, Human Resources, and Supply Chain modules. Conducted business requirements workshops that identified over 4000 business requirements. Developed the detailed Statement of Work and Request for Proposal that solicited bids from corporations to assist JEA in implementing Oracle R12. Provided Project Management support for JEA’s Maximo 7 Upgrade Project. Conducted business requirements workshops that identified over 2500 business requirements. Managed the implementation of an enterprise document and records management solution. This solution provided a secure document and records repository that ensured sensitive company information was not compromised. Document retention processes were incorporated into the design to ensure JEA met local, state, and federal retention standards and guidelines. Managed a team of Oracle developers to design and develop an automated workflow system that provided JEA Accounts Payable an automated method to complete invoices. This reduced the average time JEA took to complete an invoice transaction from 1 month down to 1 week.
