Created proposals for the North American Automation Sales Team (for warehouse carton packing machines). Gathered data, wrote & compiled proposal, coordinated internal resources (Operations, CS, Engineering & Marketing) for inputs and approvals, organized and managed timelines and deadlines, created and distributed weekly/monthly updates re: proposal and sales activity. Presented proposals to approval committee and revised per instructions.

Produced complex technical proposal responses to Government/State Tenders (RFPs and RFIs). Worked with the technical product teams and commercial groups to create responses that incorporate customer-win themes and implement capture strategies. Wrote documents that address customer needs while managing Company’s risk. Worked closely with the company's experts in Product Management, Marketing, and Sales. Worked with graphic designers to improve the overall look of the proposal content (i.e. diagrams, visuals).

Coordinated the international transfer of household goods and vehicles for corporate clients (truck, air and sea). Obtained competitive bids from moving agents, heavy client interface, logistics, customs and billing. Resolved financial errors, billing disagreements, insurance claims.

Assist-supervised multi-million dollar renovation and management of 434 unit residential complex (53 buildings on 35 acres) both physically (regular onsite inspections) and financial (budget and billing). Accounting, cost analysis, resolved billing errors and mgt. issues (between mgt, tenants & contractors), leased apartments.

Managed 3 low-income housing properties and assist-managed several more. Billing, budgeting, forecasting, correspondence, inspections, assigned maintenance crews.

Created database of all commercial properties in excess of $4m in CA, OR, & WA. Combined preexisting sales databases with public tax records and exported to MS Access. Determined property ownership via comprehensive telemarketing campaign and contacted relevant parties, offering property tax reduction services. My database serves as a template to this day for CBREs West Coast property tax database.
