Last 12 months – Currently preparing for migration of customers to Verint v15.2 from Verint v11. Working on Verint v15.2 internal lab platforms. Some additional Learning Java, Javascript, HTML, Verint v11.1 work for a UK based Insurer. Prior to that activity migrating a major UK based global Insurance company from Witness 7.8 Call Recording platform to Verint v11.1 call Recording and Workforce Management, exclusively worked on the Verint v11.1 Application in a customer facing role gathering customer requirements and configuring the V11.1 platform, working with Verint to ensure components were ready for migration, ensuring proposals met the customer requirements. I was on the customer site providing support at the point of migration.

Dealt with a mix of products and customers, coding call routing scripts using Cisco ICM for a large retailer. Supported the consolidation or Verint Call Recording for NHS Direct during their transformation programme. Provided Cisco Back office on site support for migrations at multiple sites, gathering the customer requirements passing these on to the the CUCM teams to build. Supported 2 front office site migrations including building the routing scripts in ICM and on-site support.• 2010 – 2012 Tupe’d into CWW from AXA where I supported the CWW migration team providing the information needed to migrate the customer onto a new hosted platform.

A member of the AXA IT Telephony team responsible for Moves Add’s & Changes as well as working on internal projects. Everything Call Center Telephony related across 9 call centres including Real Time Displays, Reporting, Call Routing on Aspect ACD’s, ICM, IVR, Telephony related desktop support and Verint Call Recording.
