Digestive Disease Specialty Sales Force

Part of the acquisition of P&G Pharmaceuticals, effective November 2009. Drive the sales of Actonel, Enablex and Loestrin FE as well as the launch of Atelvia to Urologists, Endocrinologists, Rheumatologists, FP/GP, OB/GYN and Internal Medicine

•Provided Strategic Account Marketing Consultation to physician offices. Resulted in increased productivity, patient satisfaction surveys and staff satisfaction•Develop and grow sales of established products, Actonel and Enablex. I increased the sale of Enablex by over 10%. Results were driven by my ability to penetrate the Cleveland Clinic Urology Department and gaining the support of renowned Urologist Raymond Rackley. This effort gained the team MVP award.• 2 years on the Interview Team. Assigned candidates that passed initial interview and conducted extensive interviews on the P&G most important factors. I would reject or forward successful candidates to upper management.•Field Sales Trainer. Implemented the launch of new products and increased the sales of existing brands. Half of the time was spent in field training. I led multiple classes in Cincinnati to groups of 50+ as well as smaller groups. Training continued in the field with new hires and established reps.•Increased Macrobid sales by 20% resulting in Global Pacesetter award in 2003•Increased tazorac sales by 10% resulting in share leader award in 2003•Global Pacesetter Club and First Chair Award for increased sales in 2008
