I have now completed my role with Cornwall Council and am seeking Non Executive roles to support SME’s in Residential Development in particular. I am also interested in working with RSL’s who are considering the private development route to generate income and surplus(profit) also local authorities who are setting up private residential companies to speed up the provision of housing development. My executive directorships cover a wide range of positions from technical, commercial, land acquisition and managing director roles.

I was appointed to the regeneration team at Enfield as part of the developer procurement for the Meridian Water project. Meridian Water which is an 86 hectare mixed use scheme comprising a new railway station, 10000 homes, schools, health facilities, public realm, employment for 6700 people in higher paid businesses and commercial and retail space. My principal role was to procure all land required for the development in conjunction with Jones Lang Lasalle together with managing the managing agents Glenny who were tasked to undertake all estate management of purchased assets with Meridian Water.

I was Project Director for United House Developments for the £300m regeneration of Chrisp Street in Poplar, East London. I headed the delivery of the new mixed use scheme, developed in partnership with Poplar HARCA, which was to create a new lifestyle destination comprising mixed tenure homes, leisure, cultural and commercial spaces. The regeneration included the redevelopment of the existing market square to create a new focal point for the area.

I managed the speculative residential development side of the Orbit Homes business.The acquisition of land and management of a build team in Bedford which covered the operating areas of South Midlands, East and South East of England.

Provided development finance for small to medium sized house builders.
