Chief Technology Officer for Mutual Assurance Administrators.Joined MAA in 1998 as IT Director, became Executive Director of Information Technology in 2000 and waspromoted to CTO in 2002. Jeff designed the Company’s data warehousing infrastructure along with integrating ITinfrastructure for multiple company locations. Jeff has served as a panelist for technology classes on best practices in utilizingthe Company’s core claims processing system and he maintains memberships in various technology user groups.

Starting as a programmer 1 with MidFirst Bank we began the process of converting banking software from AIX system to HP UNIX/COBAL biased system. My functions included complete hardware re-configuration and programming changes needed under new OS. Upon completion of conversion attention was turned to creating a data warehouse for reporting and analysis needed for deposit and loan information. I was promoted to Assistant VP of IT in 1995 and took over responsibility of programming staff for banking operations and further developed data warehouse functionality and integration of newly acquired bank branches.
