Jeff Kramer joined NRC in 2014 as a Managing Director, bringing over forty years of experience in petroleum and convenience store retailing, plus extensive experience in refining, wholesaling and distribution. Prior to joining NRC, he served as Managing Member and CEO of Prima Marketing LLC, owner/operator of 89 7-Eleven convenience stores in the Eastern United States. Most of these locations were sold to 7-Eleven in 2012, with the assistance of NRC. Mr. Kramer was previously employed at Total Petroleum, where he served in a number of capacities, including Vice President-Retail (over 500 retail stores), Vice President-Wholesale Sales and Product Distribution, and Vice President-Refining and Marketing Planning. Before that, he served as CEO at Frontier Refining, leading to the successful sale of the company in 1991.Mr. Kramer has a B.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering from Ohio State University and an M.B.A. in Finance from S.M.U. He is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program and is a certified public accountant. He is a long-standing member of NACS and SIGMA, having served on its Board of Directors.

CeoPrima Marketing Llc Nov 1998 - Oct 2015I formed an investment group to purchase 20 gas stations in Pa and W. Va. from Pennzoil, which included a license to utilize unbranded gasoline to be sold under the Pennzoil brand. In 2001, the company acquired 25 stores from a 7-Eleven licensee and all stores became branded 7-Eleven.The chain grew to 89 7-Elevens and 40 wholesale dealer accounts. Most of the company was sold to 7-Eleven in late 2012 as a structured sale through NRC Realty & Capital Advisors.

CeoFrontier Refinery Holdings Inc. Oct 1987 - Jul 1992I was appointed CEO of a refining company that was in serious financial difficulty mostly due to poor operations management and the lack of a crude oil and fuel products strategic plan. The 35,000 BPD refinery was located in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The company had a prestigious ownership and BOD consisting of William Donaldson of Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, Johann Rupert of Richemont, Alan Quasha from Quadrant Management, and Arne Naess from Naess Shipping.The turnaround eventually required a major financing to extinguish personal guarantees. EBITDA improved from -$48 million to +$17 million in 1989.An unsuccessful sale attempt utilizing Goldman Sachs in 1990 was followed by a successful sale two years later using Turner Mason & Company as advisors. The company was sold for $65 million with a shareholder gain of $40 million.
