- Working alongside our IT group, we designed, developed, and implemented a time entry system that ties into our workflow product for a self managing, easy time entry. With this product, we recommended and implemented a drastically reduced time account code group. List dropped by a factor of 10.- We undertook a data analysis of our old process and once we understood the touch points, we created process swim lanes, a database design, a data access layer (DAL), and a CRUD Matrix for the data workflow design.- We also formed a transition team to help us tackle the issues of the old system and create the right process for the new system. Also they were our "on-the-street" ambassadors.- We moved data entry to a "Just in time" solution from the old front-loading practice. This allowed us to create custom job entry Web initiation forms.- During the project rollout, we provided on-site all day walk-around support to help with change and questions as they popped up to help smooth the transition.- As part of the rollout, we introduced SharePoint to our users as our one-stop portal for tasked work via a customer WebPart and also central document storage.- Post rollout we implemented a Web site audit system where the internal and external Web sites are regularly audited for content accuracy.- Used WebTrends user tracking data, I was able to identify a problem in the Web signup process.- Raised awareness of the issue, recommended a solution and has since seen about a 1% increase in completions.- Helped reconfigure Web signup scorecard to effectively show user completes and stopping points.- I was part, and voted team lead of a cross-business team tasked to help with external customer interaction.
