• Worked accurately and precisely assembling and measuring tools to insure they met specifications before releasing them to production. Prepared tooling and tools to aid production process. Insured that tool cart was prepped with everything the CNC machine operator needed to complete work. Swapped out tools as needed for sharpening and maintenance. Operated machines as backup operator when needed on CNC machines, the tumbler and deburring.

• Manufactured custom interior doors for residential and commercial applications. Installed finish items including hinges, locks and windows. • Repaired boats performing a variety of services to restore or repair sailboats or powerboats. Worked with wood, fiberglass and metal. Completed all work with a high level of quality and precision. The goal was to finish all work to the degree that it was transparent and not noticeable.
