Alliance Packaging Group is a manufacturer, packager and distributor of personal care products primarily consisting of lip balms, sunscreen lotion, body washes and lotions and other similar topical products. While our primarily business is contract manufacturing of our products for other businesses, we do have our own line of personal care skin products called Skin Symmetry and our own line of chocolate lip balms, made with real chocolate in the product, called The Cocoa Shoppe. In March, 2016, we sold our company to a large personal care company on the East Coast. The purchasing company transitioned our operations to their location in Sept 2016.

Oversee all aspects of the loan portfolio (Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, Consumer and Mortgage) and credit administration for this $225 million de novo bank that was started in 2005. The bank is an SBA PLP bank and utilizes many SBA programs including the 7(a) and 504 programs. I have been directly responsible for opening a loan production office in Grafton, WI and hiring personnel for expanding our bank footprint into this market.

Grafton State Bank was about a $50MM in assets bank when I started and grew to $200MM when it was sold. Responsibilities were to improve the bank’s image within our community, improve the overall quality of the loan portfolio, develop an active consumer loan presence and grow the commercial, SBA, commercial real estate and agriculture loan portfolio. Established a formal credit department, procedures and staffing. Oversaw all loan documentation and processing operations and personnel. Under my direction the bank became a CLP SBA lending bank.
