Lead sales and marketing efforts for company, ~10 sales people, in reaching out to contractors, engineers and end users. Assist others in a focus on providing a value added solution to issues related to boilers and accessory equipment. Engineering Department:Lead Engineering Department: 4 Designers and 1 Project Manager. Leader of weekly scheduling meeting to update and measure progress from all departments. Communicate Engineering Department status with CEO during weekly staff meetings, review P&L and Engineering Department budget. Responsible for department budget. Set monthly revenue to meet company, customer and manufacturing department needs. Interface with Sales Department during project handoffs and provide technical consults during bidding process.Field Services:Manage Field Personnel: 2 Site Supervisors and 8 Installers. Responsible for budget of Field Services Group, scheduling manufacturing workflow to meet needs of Field Personnel.

Responsible for engineering calculations; stress, deflection, thermal expansion, wind load, etc. Met with Professional Engineer for calculation review and stamps. Reviewed manufacturing and design drawings for compliance with engineering requirements. As lead Estimator prepared estimates and formal quotes for sales department based on architectural plans and specs. Performed structural calculations and reviewed with P.E.
