I have almost 30 years of experience serving companies in several industries including technology, manufacturing, construction and aerospace and defense. I have extensive experience in coordinating services for SEC registrants including financial statement auditing, initial public offerings and secondary offerings, consultations regarding Sarbanes-Oxley, periodic filings, registration statements, acquisitions and divestitures. As an Assurance Partner for 15 years, I have served as the Global Coordinating Service Partner, as well as Engagement Quality Review Partner, on multiple SEC registrants including four Fortune 500 companies.I also serve in governance roles within EY including the Americas Advisory Council and US Partner Principal Council, which are elected positions to represent my fellow partners.
