Originated, underwrote, priced, negotiated, got Investment Committee approval, and closed 19 direct affordable housing and historic preservation tax credit investments and three tax-credit fund investments, totaling over $257MM in tax-credit equity, in 14 different states across the country, with 9 different development groups, resulting in the creation of over 2,700 affordable apartment units and 570 market-rate units.
