Operations with a high level emphasis on training. Training GM’s for the Western Region. Successfully trained and mentored 13 Managers in my building. Setting realistic goals, getting buy in and completion of my teams has helped to beat sales plan and labor plan in the last two years. With an average of 8% same restaurant sales is a huge accomplishment. Focus on the core values and driving an employer of choice atmosphere.

Oversaw Utah, Sacramento in an AM capacity.I was over fifteen restaurants in Utah, three in Sacramento, two in San Diego. With strategic planning, I have moved G.M.’s and A.G.M.’s to ensure we had the appropriate balance. Integrating a fun atmosphere, but high standard of work ethic in my area. Creating new systems to ensure all operations were being completed. Holding my teams accountable for all areas of their businesses has proven successful. Setting realistic goals, getting buy in and completion of my teams has helped to beat sales plan in the three years I was there. With an average of 6% SRS is a huge accomplishment. I am a member of the Tools Committee and of the TO-Go committee. I completed ten NRO’s with huge success.
