Schedule work to each of the processing machines and release production orders in an effective and a timely manner to meet delivery promise to customers.Prioritize work through negotiations between sales and operations, whilst maintaining customers as a core value.Generate programs from drawings, plans or data files for processing equipment.Nest drawings or components of orders to reduce waste, increase profit and lower customer costs.

Assist in the coordination of the timely and efficient dispatch and receipt of goods throughout the warehouse;Support DIFOT results through the management of priorities for deliveries and ensuring special requirements and requests are actioned. Ensure the Traffic Management System is used correctly & effectively;Provide prompt advise of any potential delays and issues to the sales team;Efficient use of freight options and contract arrangements, while maintaining a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers;Relevant SAP transport tables are maintained and SAP data inputs relating to shipments are entered into the SAP system in a timely manner;Check loads are within vehicle load regulations and requirements, as per applicable state legislation, manufacturers specifications and Liberty OneSteel Safety Systems;Inspecting transport vehicles and drivers for the purpose of compliance with established safety policies and systems.

Keep customers informed by sending notice of current status, item availability, and answering questions;Review machine performance data, ink consumption, paper wastage and report areas for improvement;Process reminders for services due as well as client follow ups;Maintain regular contact with all key stakeholders to develop efficient strategies and execute effective plans.

Check stock to determine inventory levels, anticipate delivery requirements, and place orders;Liaise with printers to ensure all jobs are effectively scheduled;Exam items, route, delivery time, rate, order couriers;Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure all delivery requirements are adhered to and communicate withcustomer sites advising of any delays;Ensure that the dispatch area is kept safe, clean and operational at all times.
